Introverts & Success
Myth: Introverts can’t succeed in business
Fact: Studies have found that 40%-70% of CEOs are introverts
Myth: To succeed, introverts have to “get confident enough” to act like extroverts
Fact: As always, staying true to your nature is the most reliable and least stressful path to success
Myth: Introverts can’t market or sell
Fact: Of course they can; all those introverted CEOs wouldn’t have made it to the top if they couldn’t! However, marketing & sales training programs are usually designed by and for extroverts and some adjustments are needed to suit the introvert population
Myth: Introverts are anti-social shy hermits; if that doesn’t describe you, you are not an introvert
Fact: Extroversion & introversion is a continuum, not an either/or situation. Most introverts don’t fit the extreme stereotype but are people whose energy is drained by too much interaction with others. How much is “too much” depends on each person
Myth: As an introvert, you will be overlooked and under-recognized
Fact: This one is often true but doesn’t have to be; you just need to learn some tools and get the right kind of support
And that is what I am here to do
If you are an introvert finding it hard to market, sell, lead or succeed in business (for yourself or in a corporation), let’s see if we can provide you with the right kind of support.
- For example, I’m soon launching a teleseminar program called “How To Be Included, Recognized And Influential As An Introvert”, followed by a group mastermind program. If you are interested in that, fill your name and e-mail below and I will update you on the dates as soon as they are set.

- I also work with people in a private coaching program which is a great way for business owners (or anyone) to get the support they need to accelerate their success while reducing their stress levels.
If that speaks to you, e-mail me at: helene “at” wherebusinessmeetsspirit.com (replace the “at” with @; I did it this way to prevent spam robots from gathering my e-mail address). You’re welcome to connect with me even if you’re not sure if you ever want to work with me in any way; it’s always useful to have conversations with people who understand what my clients go through.
