Dealing With Fear
Fear is a fact of life
It’s there for all of us. Sometimes we deal with it well, sometimes not.
And when you are on the verge of a breakthrough (like finally building a business around your life purpose), fear can really rattle your brain.
Can I admit something to you?
I am one of those people that was “born afraid”; more easily startled than other children; my adult brain still naturally hunting for danger at the slightest provocation.
How I’ve envied the bold and adventurous! I secretly thought I was a bit of a coward (even though I performed well under adversity and held things together for others when times got rough).
That’s probably why I’ve read and studied everything I could on fear and how to deal with it.
And I learned that fear is energy that needs to be managed. I was not a coward, I am highly energy sensitive and needed to learn to handle that gift.
That’s why the usual approaches to handling fear were not that useful to me. I needed something else first.
“I am amazed at how easily Helene reads my energy and selects the perfect tools and questions to help me see my fear and where I’m stuck. I always feel safe and supported by Helene. With her assistance I am freed up to take the actions I desire to move forward. I always look forward to our coaching calls.”

Beyond the “Do It Anyway” advice
I’ve compiled in a free report a summary of various techniques that I’ve learned and adapted. They are even useful to people who are usually able to “Feel the fear and do it anyway”, and they are invaluable to anyone who’s had trouble with the “Just Do It” approach.
I’d love it if you accepted my gift and requested a copy of my report; just enter your name and address in the box shown below.
