So sensitives should be and can be successful...but often aren't. That's because many sensitive people don't know how to handle their nature especially so in the business world, in a culture that rewards clamoring and loudness (even in the softer-sell marketing environment, albeit to somewhat of a lesser degree). Hum...I'm feeling a sense of mission coming on :-). I agree with you that being sensitive to people’s needs is a big plus in being successful.
