		<description>I agree with you that being sensitive to people&#039;s needs is a big plus in being successful. So sensitives should be and can be successful...but often aren&#039;t. That&#039;s because many sensitive people don&#039;t know how to handle their nature especially so in the business world, in a culture that rewards clamoring and loudness (even in the softer-sell marketing environment, albeit to somewhat of a lesser degree).

Hum...I&#039;m feeling a sense of mission coming on :-).</description>
