Also…I’ve been there. I stayed too long in work that was lucrative but not “right” for me. I stayed because I didn’t know what else to do, because I was so busy I didn’t give myself a chance to get in touch with who I was and what I wanted.

My “official” bio

In addition to being a trained and certified Life Coach and Hand Analyst, Helene Desruisseaux (pronounced: “Desrusso”) has a wealth of experience that allows her to know what her executive, business and life coaching clients are experiencing.

In the many years spent in senior corporate management and as an educator, she has had the opportunity to see how business and professional people deal with success: how they achieve it, and whether they truly enjoy it.

In addition, she comes from a family of successful entrepreneurs so she knows what that does to their lives, the pluses and the minuses.

Her career evolved from a fairly conventional post-MBA path in management, finance, and business education, to years of research in the fields of performance psychology, mind-body-soul health, and bio-energetics (obtaining a Doctorate in Natural Medicine).

She now combines her eclectic training and background into a comprehensive program to help professionals and entrepreneurs have both financial success and a meaningful life.
